Our Team


Cindy has been with Dr. Fox since the beginning of his practice, currently in her 33rd year at Center for Advanced Orthodontics, where she serves as office manager and an orthodontic assistant. Cindy is responsible for the day to day management of Dr. Fox’s practice, including all orthodontic, clerical, and financial operations.
She is a Certified Orthodontist Assistant (C.O.A.), Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (E.F.D.A), and infection control and CPR certified. Cindy is also OSHA trained. Cindy is proud to work with a staff of highly trained and professional orthodontic assistants. She said there “have been a lot of changes in orthodontics over the past three decades, but one thing has remained constant—the product of our practice’s work creates beautiful smiles. We love working with and helping families in our area.”
Cindy has been married to her husband, Terry, for 30 years. She enjoys her family, friends, and German shepherd dogs. When she is not working, Cindy and Terry enjoy boating and four wheeler riding.


Theresa has worked at Center for Advanced Orthodontics for 30 years, serving currently as the head chair-side assistant. In this role she orders all orthodontic supplies and materials, as well as taking care of the logistics of orthodontics operations.
She is a Certified Orthodontist Assistant (C.O.A.), Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (E.F.D.A), and infection control and CPR certified. Theresa is also OSHA trained.
Theresa and her husband, Terry, are the proud parents and grandparents of their daughter Christy and two granddaughters, Carley and Cassie. Theresa is an avid reader and enjoys water sports and being on the ocean.


Donna, who has been with Center for Advanced Orthodontics for 30 years, graduated from Three Rivers College with her certification in Dental Assisting, and has been a chair-side assistant with Dr. Fox since graduating. She is a Certified Orthodontist Assistant (C.O.A.), Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (E.F.D.A), and infection control and CPR certified. Donna is also OSHA trained.
She and her husband, Steve, married for 31 years, have two sons: Mitchell, 21 and Matthew, 18, who are both in college at Southeast Missouri State University and Three Rivers College, respectively. Donna loves being with her family, friends, and dog Samson. She is a Member of Temple Baptist Church. Donna is known at the office for her laughter and singing to patients. She is an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, playing cards, and shopping.


With 23 years experience as a chair-side assistant with Dr. Fox, Heather has worked for him since graduating high school. She is a Certified Orthodontist Assistant (C.O.A.), Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (E.F.D.A), and infection control and CPR certified. Heather is also OSHA trained.
Heather and her husband, Scott, have been married for 20 years. They are the parents to Bryce, 15 and Carlie, 10. Heather and her family attend Stoddard County Cowboy Church and enjoy going to rodeos. She is an advocate of research for the treatment and prevention of ovarian cancer after losing her Mom in February 2013.
Heather said she “loves putting on braces and taking them off. Your beautiful smile and great face are what make our practice special. We care about our patients!”


Lisa has worked at Center for Advanced Orthodontics for 23 years. She is Center for Advanced Orthodontic’s lab coordinator. In this capacity she is responsible for running the lab, making functional and removable appliances, cast study models, and taking dental impressions.
 She is a Certified Orthodontist Assistant (C.O.A.), Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (E.F.D.A), and infection control and CPR certified. Lisa is also OSHA trained. She and her husband, Kenneth, have been married for 24 years have two children: Tyler, of Springfield, Mo., and Kendall, a student at Missouri State University. She is a member of First Church of God and has furthered her education at Three Rivers College and Great Lakes Orthodontics in Buffalo, New York.
Lisa enjoys spending time with family, friends, reading, gardening, golfing, and decorating the office!


Working at Center for Advanced Orthodontics for 21 years, Brandi is a chair-side assistant. She is a Certified Orthodontist Assistant (C.O.A.), Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (E.F.D.A), and infection control and CPR certified. Brandi is also OSHA trained.
Brandi and her husband, Aaron, have been married for 18 years. They have two beautiful daughters: Madison, 15 and MaKenna, 6, which keeps them very busy with completive cheerleading and dance. She is a member of Living Word Baptist Church. Brandi enjoys spending time with her family, playing volleyball, and reading. “The most rewarding aspect of my job is making a difference in people’s lives by helping give them beautiful smiles.”


Teresa, a financial and communications coordinator for Center for Advanced Orthodontics, is in her 19th year with Dr. Fox’s practice. Teresa helps families with payment options so they have the opportunity to have a “Fox Grin.” She is also CPR certified.
 As part of her job, she makes appointments, corresponds with other dental offices to meet patients’ needs, and assists Dr. Fox in his capacity as secretary-treasurer of the Three Rivers Dental Society Club. She has been married to her husband, Dale, for 20 years and they have one daughter, Elizabeth. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as buying and acquiring shoes!


Megan has worked in orthodontics for 17 years as a chair-side assistant at Center for Advanced Orthodontics. She is a Certified Orthodontist Assistant (C.O.A.), Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (E.F.D.A), and infection control and CPR certified. Megan is also OSHA trained.
She and her husband, Brian, have been married for 13 years. They have two dogs, Rusty and Roxy. She is a member of Midland church. Megan enjoys spending time with family, playing sports, and anything outdoors! Megan “loves working in orthodontics because it is very rewarding by changing peoples’ lives and self-esteem, giving them beautiful smiles.”


Sherri, a chair-side assistant and lab technician at Center for Advanced Orthodontics, has worked 15 years for Dr. Fox. She is a Certified Orthodontist Assistant (C.O.A.), Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (E.F.D.A), and infection control and CPR certified. Sherri is also OSHA trained.
Sherri has continued her education by taking classes at Three Rivers College. She is a member of Star Community Church, where she has been a Sunday School and youth leader for the past two years. She has three children: Sarah, 19; Emily, 15; and Zachary, 7. Sherri enjoys the personal “transformation of someone’s life as a result of orthodontic treatment.”


Rachael has worked for Center for Advanced Orthodontics for 7 years. She is a chair-side assistant. Rachael is a Certified Orthodontist Assistant (C.O.A.), Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (E.F.D.A), and infection control and CPR certified. She is also OSHA trained.
She and her husband, Tim, have been married 10 years. They have two children: Shelby, 14 and Matthew, 9. She and her family also have two dogs, Spike and Perceus! Rachael loves Cardinals baseball, Nascar, reading books, and watching movies.
Rachael likes interacting with her co-workers, Dr. Fox, and the patients at Center for Advanced Orthodontics. Rachael said “she loves everything about her job!”


Britni, in her 4th year at Center for Advanced Orthodontics, is a financial and communications coordinator. As part of her job, she bills insurance companies, makes appointments, and helps patients with payment plans. She is also CPR certified.
Britni enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching Cardinals baseball, and going to the theater to see movies.
